Welcome to the independent practice of nonprofit consultant Gina Schmeling. With over 25 years of experience, Gina provides customized solutions to impactful organizations and fundraising teams looking to improve individual giving.
Her love of development, commitment to mindful and sustainable plans, and joy in working with leaders and newcomers make her an agile and active partner. Gina uses a growth mindset based on benchmarking. She explores what is possible to move every team member to the finish line.
She works solo and in collaboration with consulting firms.
Gina is a candidate for the Executive Masters of Public Administration (EMPA) at New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service. She holds degrees from Stanford University (BA with honors), New York University (MA), and was a Critical Studies fellow at The Whitney Museum of American Art.
